Yesterday was Ascension, when the Church recalls and celebrates Christ’s ascension to heaven after His resurrection after Easter. Then it looks forward to Pentecost – nine days later – when the gift of the Holy Spirit descended on the disciples.

Join us on Sunday at 11 this Sunday and next, as we celebrate Jesus’s ascension to heaven and ask for the gifts of the Holy Spirit ourselves – we can all use a bit of help and inspiration in times like these!

This Sunday, we are glad to have Rev Jim Thomson of St Andrews among us, who will be taking the Holy Communion service at 11.

Come along and make him feel especially welcome!
